5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake |
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp Equal Exchange Organic Hot Cocoa
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Combine flour, sugar, and hot cocoa in a ceramic mug. Mix well. Add the egg. Mix well. Add the milk and oil. Mix well. Add the vanilla extract. Mix well. Put mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high. Note: The cake will rise over the top of the mug. Allow to cool a little before serving. Eat directly from mug, or tip out onto a plate to serve.
