Are you having difficulty accessing our web stores?

It has come to our attention that some customers have been experiencing difficulty accessing our web stores and have been receiving "Bad Request" errors. This error only seems to be affecting select individuals. This error is related to a corrupted session cookie in your browser. To resolve this issue, please follow the instructions below for your selected browser.

How to clear cookies from your browser

FireFox:

  1. Go to tools>options
  2. Select the privacy tab
  3. Click "show cookies" button
  4. Click "remove all cookies" button
  5. Close and restart your browser
  6. Navigate back to the store to see if your are still getting the error.

Internet Explorer:

  1. Navigate to tools>internet options
  2. Select the general tab
  3. Under Browsing History click delete
  4. Close and restart your browser
  5. Navigate back to the store to see if your are still getting the error.
