Please read before entering a request:

The Equal Exchange donation program supports organizations and specific events related to our Mission, including Fair Trade, sustainable agriculture, and the co-operative movement. If your event or organization does not relate to these areas, or involves fewer than 150 people, we will not be able to fulfill your request. If your event does not meet these criteria, we may be able to offer our products at a discounted rate. For more information, please send an e-mail to orders@equalexchange.coop. Requests for product to be sent outside the continental U.S. or recurring donations (e.g. monthly) will not be considered. If you are a wholesale account of Equal Exchange, please call your Sales Representative for donation requests.

To apply for a donation of Equal Exchange products for your event, complete the form below. Please nothe that we have less funding available for this program in 2009 so we will be accepting fewer requests than in previous years.

All requests must be submitted at least 5 weeks prior to the event. You will be contacted within two weeks of submitting the request.
