3 1/2 tablespoons Equal Exchange Organic Spicy Hot Cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
Place water, cocoa, sugar, and vanilla extract into a pot on the stove. Heat and stir until all is dissolved. Let cool, then pour into a flat, freezable dish or pan. Freeze, stirring with a fork every 20-30 minutes, until fully frozen and broken into distinct crystals. Serve right away - enjoy with friends!
