Location: Equal Exchange Office, West Bridgewater, MA

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Logistics: Fruit purchasing, overseas transportation, importing, quality control, U.S. transport.
- Sales: Weekly servicing and replenishment to ripeners and distributors, new sales to ripeners and distributors, retail promotions, and pricing.
- Responsible for ensuring adequate gross income as negotiated with Office of Executive Director or Banana Manager.
- Other duties as specified by supervisor.

- Ability to relocate to Boston area
- Willingness to travel Ability to work under high stress and in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to making a difference and a passion for issues related to sustainable agriculture and food systems issues a must!
Preferred:
- 2 or more years in produce
- Experience with bananas
- Spanish proficiency
