Oven-Roasted Stuffed Strawberries |
Ingredients:
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the tops off of the strawberries.
- Cut the bottoms off of the strawberries, just enough that they will stand upright.
- Using a small knife, spoon, or a melon baller, hollow out a small cavity in each strawberry.
- Stuff each cavity with chopped chocolate and place in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle stuffed strawberries with sugar.
- Bake in preheated oven until chocolate is soft, about 10 minutes.
- To serve, place 3 berries on each plate, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of baking cocoa.
