 Lately it seems like camping has been the weekend activity of choice among Equal Exchangers. We’re all squeezing in that last camping trip before the cold fall weather sets in. These camping trips have coincided beautifully with the addition of two tasty bars to the Equal Exchange chocolate line, and many a Monday morning have brought stories of the perfect s’more made with our new Chocolate Caramel Crunch with Sea Salt (55%). 
Now, this bar is fast becoming a favorite around here, so I think people will look for any excuse to savor a square. But the combination of sweet, salty and crunchy seems to work especially well when sandwiched between graham crackers and gooey, slightly burnt marshmallows. One Equal Exchanger, Capital Coordinator Dan Fireside, summed it up best, saying, “Equal Exchange s’mores were a s’mash hit.”
Apparently kids are also loving these sophisticated s’mores. Dan says, “When I polled them on what the flavor was like, one of them said, 'It makes me feel like I’m in La La Land.' The others all agreed with this. Let’s just say that after two nights of camping, the only evidence of the chocolate was the crumpled wrappers.”
